Expectation

webstersdictionary1828.com: The act of expecting or looking forward to a future event with at least some reason to believe the event will happen. expectation differfrom hope. Hope originates in desire, and may exist with little or no ground of belief that the desired event will arrive. expectation is founded on some reasons which render the event probably. Hope is directed to some good; expectation is directed to good or evil.

1.   Faithfulness – Unwavering faithfulness physically & mentally.

2.   Affection –Verbal and Physical.

3.   Compassion –What matters to you matters to the other.

4.   Respect – Alwayskind and honoring.

1.     Started preparing for marriage – not just a wedding.

a.   Sometimes there is an over emphasis on the importance of one day

b.   Planning a wedding doesn’t prepare you for marriage

c.    Working out the plans together is good but there is so much more to marriage than planning an event

d.   Our Pastor started Friday night marriage teachings

e.    Submitted our relationship to our Pastor – important to submit to someone older and wiser – a pastor, parents, older married siblings, married couple, etc.
